"Go for life" Goal setting Course is not your average course.  "Go For Life" gives you everything you need to set achievable goals and takes you step by step through the process to achieving your breakthroughs. This practical guide not only lines you up with your purpose in life but also gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation.

Some people have trouble sticking to goals simply because they don’t distinguish their goals from more casual, everyday self-developement efforts. Just because you think about running every day that doesn’t make it a goal. 

Goal setting is a purposeful and explicit process that starts with identifying a new objective, skill, or project you want to achieve, then making a plan for achieving it, and working to completing it using measurable steps and timeframes. So instead of running with no particular purpose, a true goal would be starting a training program to complete a specific race, on a specific day such as a half marathon, which requires planning, discipline and a completion date.
