Time to tighten up



Greetings, my friends!


It's me, Tarun Hari Das.. Today, I am excited to announce that I will be participating in the 28-Day DROP A JEAN SIZE CHALLENGE, run by Guss from the Hidden Truth family.


Now, you might be wondering why a spiritual teacher like myself is participating in a weight loss challenge. Well, the truth is, physical health and spiritual health are deeply interconnected. When our bodies are healthy, our minds and spirits are more likely to be healthy as well.


Plus, as someone who has struggled with weight issues in the past, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to make healthy choices and stick to them. That's why I am excited to take on this challenge and share my journey with you all.


But first, let me tell you a little bit about myself.


I have been on a spiritual journey for many years now, studying and practising various spiritual traditions from around the world. My goal has always been to help others connect with their inner selves, find meaning in their lives, and achieve true transformation.


Through my teachings, I have helped countless people achieve spiritual growth and inner peace. But I have always believed that physical health is just as important as spiritual health. That's why I am excited to participate in this challenge and share my journey with you all.

So, what is the 28-Day DROP A JEAN SIZE CHALLENGE all about?


This challenge is designed to help participants lose weight and drop a jeans size in just 28 days. It is led by Guss from the Hidden Truth family, a fitness expert who has helped countless people achieve their weight loss goals.


The challenge involves a combination of healthy eating and exercise, with daily accountability and support from all the communities.


Now, I know that weight loss can be a sensitive topic for many people. It's easy to feel self-conscious or ashamed about our bodies and our weight. But I want to remind you that there is no shame in wanting to be healthy and take care of ourselves.


In fact, taking care of our bodies is a form of self-love and self-respect. When we prioritize our physical health, we are better able to show up as our best selves in all areas of our lives.


That being said, I know that making healthy choices can be challenging, especially when we are busy or stressed. But with the support of the Hidden Truth family community, we can all achieve our weight loss goals together.


Over the next 28 days, I will be sharing my journey with you all. I will be posting updates on my progress, sharing healthy recipes and exercise tips, and offering support and encouragement to those of you who are also participating in the challenge.


I want to emphasize that this challenge is not just about losing weight. It's about making healthy choices and creating a sustainable lifestyle that supports our physical, mental, and spiritual health.


In my teachings, I often talk about the importance of balance and harmony. When we prioritize our physical health, we are able to create a strong foundation for our spiritual growth. And when we prioritize our spiritual growth, we are better able to show up as our best selves in all areas of our lives.


So, whether you are participating in this challenge or simply following along, I encourage you to prioritize your health and well-being. Take small steps each day to make healthy choices, whether that means choosing a healthy meal or going for a walk.


And remember, you are not alone on this journey. We are all in this together, supporting and encouraging one another along the way. Let's make these next 28 days the start of a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.
